Our bundle deals have odd shaped packaged in them, and for that reason, we ship every item inside of our bundles separately. Meaning that they will most likely arrive at different times.
Day Light Bundle:
52" light bar will be in a box by itself.
20" light bar + wiring kit in a box together.
(4) 4" Pods in a box by itself.
PROCESSING TIMES AND SHIPPING TIMES:
We process all orders as they come in within 1-2 Business Days. This can change around the holidays due to higher volumes of orders.
When an order is "fulfilled" it means that we have gotten the order ready to the shipping company to pick it up. Once the shipping company picks the items up the shipping time normally takes 5-10 business days. (Please note that business days are NOT holidays and weekends).
Notifications that will be sent to you:
1. A Confirmation email will be sent to automatically after the order is placed.
(If you do not get this email please contact us ASAP to double check your contact information)
2. Shipping notification when the packages are ready for pick up.
3. The shipments tracking numbers for each individual package that was sent out. This is normally 2 days after the shipping notification. (During busy times of the year this could take 4 days).
SHIPPING ADDRESS PROBLEMS
We follow the shipping information based on what you provide at checkout. We are not liable for lost or held packages, damaged packages, and nondelivery errors due to incorrectly input shipping information.
Order confirmations are immediately sent to our customer's email addresses to confirm your order. Please review your order confirmation in full detail to ensure proper delivery.
REFUNDS & CANCELATIONS
We allow a 24hr grace period for a customer to contact us if there is a need to cancel their order to receive a full refund. After this period we can no longer issue a refund, or cancel the order.
We offer exchanges! We want your experience to be the best it can be. Please contact us within 7 days if you need a product exchanged.
Email us at email@example.com about any issues within the first 7 DAYS of receiving you order. Please provide us with pictures if there is any quality issue with the product/s you received. Failure to do any of these means the product can not be exchanged.
Customers are responsible for all costs associated with exchanging a product, and are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
